Privacy Notice

We take special precautions to protect the privacy of children under 13.

We do not ask for or collect personal contact information from anyone under the age of 13. Our newsletter is intended only for adults, which is clearly stated in a pop-up and on our "Sign Up" page, with a link children 12 and under can click to return to the "Kid Home" page. We also require children to ask an adult to contact us on their behalf on our "Contact Us" page. Our pre-order page clearly states that it is only for readers that are 13 and older, and it is double protected by a click-through page to get to the actual pre-order page that then re-directs customers to the online bookstore. We currently do not include any other external links on our site, so as to protect the privacy of children while they are online.

We apologize for any inconvenience to adult users, but we want to provide a safe environment for children on our website, and we urge both children and adults to follow common sense whenever disclosing personal information online. We recommend parents talk to their children on a regular basis about the importance of safe Internet usage.
